Tecnocasa

The Tecnocasa brand was born in 1979, when its founder, Oreste Pasquali, began a development plan for real estate brokerage agencies on the outskirts of Milan (Italy). The idea of ​​building a network of offices at street level, giving transparency to the real estate brokerage service with direct contact with the client, is innovative in the sector. In 1986 the franchise formula was adopted for the 60 existing real estate brokerage offices. Choosing this formula means giving up direct management of real estate agencies and requires great clarity and transparency between franchisor and franchisee. The chosen formula also creates optimal conditions to program synergies and economies of scale, advantageous both for franchisees and for clients who want to sell, buy or rent a home with the Tecnocasa Group. In 1994, Tecnocasa arrived in Spain, following the same principles as in Italy. The brand opened its first office in the city of Barcelona. That same year, offices were opened in Madrid, Valencia, Malaga and other cities in Spain, until the end of the year with 19 Tecnocasa real estate offices in our country.
